YIMER 157 has made our country proud by receiving the "Judges’ Special Award" and "Highly Commended Best Multi-Lingual Contact Center Award".
This year's 17th Annual European Communication Centers and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs) Summit, where 1,100 participants from 64 countries took part, YIMER 157 was deemed worthy of the “Judges’ Special Award" and "Highly Commended Best Multi-Lingual Contact Center Award".
As a result of multi-dimensional evaluations among 124 projects from 17 countries included in the final, YIMER 157 reached the happy ending and was given its award 28th of November 2017 at the gala held in London, the capital of England.
The annual European Communication Centers and Customer Service Awards are prestigious event in which projects and organizations in the communication centers and customer service sectors in Europe are evaluated and then awarded. The organization has been organized in 26 categories and it is done with the aim of finding and promoting excellence.
CEO of the British Call Center Management Association and the president of the Association of European Call Center Organizations, Ann Marie STAGG, specifically noted YIMER 157 at the presentation and awards ceremony.
Mrs. STAGG pointed out that YIMER 157 serves foreigners living in Turkey for 24 hours a day and 7 days a week in 6 languages.
After emphasizing the value of lives being saved and the importance of lives being given back to people, she stated that its priority in all the help you provide is to save lives without discriminating against anyone.
She pointed out that the success of YIMER 157 was so big and valuable that it did not fit into any single category. The competition jury declared no other competitor worthy in its field; all participants at the premiere recognized YIMER 157 as the recipient of the "Judges’ Special Award" and "Highly Commended Best Multi-Lingual Call Center Award" in this field.
As YIMER 157, receiving awards for the efforts that we have demonstrated once again shows that we are on the right path for ourselves and our country. We are happy to share our rightful pride with you.
