Foreigners under temporary protection have a right to stay in cities which General Directorate deems suitable. According to our current regulations , foreigners under temporary protection are not allowed to stay in Antalya.They are allowed to stay in all other provinces .

Foreigners under temporary protection are kept in the Temporary Sheltering Centers of the Prime Ministry Disaster and Emergency Management Ministry (AFAD) according to the priority order. However, because the number of temporary protection holders is very high and the camp quota is limited , foreigners are allowed to stay free in the cities they are registered. International protection applications can not be lodged through a legal representative or attorney. However, the applicant may apply on behalf of the family members ,if application is based on the same reason. In this case, consent is not a must for a minor family members.
